With a Master of Science Degree in Adult Education, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of individuals by assisting them in making successful life and career changes. The key to growing in the right direction is through identifying personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and providing the strategies needed to accomplish desired goals.
As the Personal Growth and Career Development Specialist at Stradejiz, my main focus is to bring your vision to life and help you break down barriers. Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. My main focus is on helping individuals and small businesses make those successful changes by finding solutions, developing plans of action, and evaluating the outcomes.
QUINCY WILLIAMS, MBA
Co-Founder, CFO & COO
Mr. Williams is a veteran of the United States Navy who honorably served a six-year commitment before going on to receive a dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting (2006) and in Finance (2007) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As well as, received an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in December 2015. Currently, Mr. Williams participates in various Executive Leadership and Management programs. In his spare time, he enjoys continuous learning via free business and financial courses online and is a sports enthusiast.
